Getting into the right position to fully use that power and avoiding damage is the hard part. Damage is not your problem if you play with the Terrarian.

I personally wouldnt recommend Menacing, since you already have a damage output of around 4000/sec with the two main yoyos plus 3000/sec with the two counterweights.
